Job Responsibilities

• You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, leveraging data-driven insights and Machine Learning models to optimize processes, enhance customer experiences, and enable digital transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into Machine learning-driven solutions.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and predictive analytics.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineering teams to design, test, and implement Machine learning models in production environments.
• Ensure user stories and technical documentation are clear and actionable for development teams.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and their application in financial services (e.g., AML, KYC, Compliance, fraud detection, credit scoring, customer segmentation).
• Familiarity with ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and data visualization platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience in Agile delivery and end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Team player with a strong ability to drive risk initiatives across business functions
