Key responsibilities:
Engage business users to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
Collaborate with the Project Lead and stakeholders to design solutions for business initiatives, including Web, Mobile, IoT, and other digital platforms.
Translate approved business requirements and solution designs into functional specifications, process flows, and testing requirements.
Support the Project Lead in preparing project plans, timelines, resource estimates, and Statements of Work (SOW).
Observe, review, and analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with business users, development teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and project objectives.
Work closely with client IT teams on vulnerability management, security compliance, and related remediation activities.
Collaborate with client IT teams to execute project implementation activities in accordance with established standards, governance, and procedures.
Manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting project deadlines.
Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and driving actions to closure.
Perform other ad hoc duties and project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Lead or direct supervisor.
Qualifications
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
3 years of related working experience in technology industry, preferably in consultancy environment
Prior experience in a sizeable digital transformation project
Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology
Basic understanding of mass public transportation operations and related business processes.
Fundamental knowledge of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Alibaba Cloud.
Experience in requirements management, process modeling, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
