About the Opportunity

sistemica GmbH is seeking an experienced AEM Business Analyst/Developer (all genders) to support our client, a leading player in the automotive financial services sector. This is a freelance engagement offering the flexibility of remote work with occasional on-site collaboration in Germany.

You will play a key role in the development and optimization of a vehicle offering platform, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

1. AEM Solution Development: Independently manage and execute specific tasks within Adobe Experience Manager, aligned with client requirement
2. Expert-Level Support: Provide design and engineering expertise to enable successful delivery of software artifacts by internal and external development team
3. Architecture & Best Practices: Contribute to the technical design of AEM architecture and establish best practices in compliance with internal IT standards and client specifications
4. Interface Design & Integration: Design new interfaces and integrate existing ones with internal and external systems
5. Platform Development: Deliver technical and functional support for the development of a vehicle offering platform, with autonomous planning and execution
6. Continuous Improvement: Drive service improvement initiatives in coordination with the client
7. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of functionalities and implementation details for internal application developers (including rollout documentation), using your own methodology and timeline
8. Agile Task Management: Work from a client-provided ticket list using a pull-based approach, applying your own judgment for prioritization
9. Stakeholder Presentations: Prepare and deliver result presentations to the end customer/product owner independently

Your Profile

Required Qualifications

1. Proven experience as an AEM Developer/Business Analyst in enterprise environments
2. Background in the automotive and/or financial services industry
3. Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)- architecture, development, and best practices
4. Experience with interface design and system integration
5. Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
6. Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload effectively
7. Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
8. Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with vehicle or financial product platforms

Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and compliance standards

German language skills (advantageous but not mandatory)Please include your availability and daily/hourly rate expectations.
