Description
Be the catalyst at the intersection of technology and sales to tailor cutting-edge products that fit client challenges.As a Senior Client Solutions Architect Associate in Healthcare Payments, you contribute significantly to a team that innovates and supports the sales process in architecting comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Draw on client feedback and support the channeling, modification, and technical design and adaptation of large-scale solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Execute the configuration and modification of the firm's existing products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to address complex client use cases.
- Develop training materials and collateral to support Revenue teams.
- Oversee the aggregation and analysis of relevant client and market data to help the Solutions team deliver impactful solutions.
- Engage with technical roles on client teams to field and answer product-related queries.
- Apply a consultative approach with clients, assisting in understanding their current and future needs, and guiding them through complex technical decisions, best practices, and architectural standards.
- Support the development of highly detailed solution design documentation (e.g., Project Charters or Statements of Work) by gathering information on project complexity, technology stack, client objectives, and desired outcomes.
- Develop foundational knowledge of healthcare commercial receivables, consumer receivables, and payables products and capabilities, while staying informed about client needs and industry trends.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects and deliverables with guidance from senior team members.
- Collaborate with key internal partners in Banking, Treasury, Client Solutions, Operations, and Product Management to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Support product demonstrations, proof-of-concept projects, and address technical questions during the sales cycle.
- Identify potential risks in solution design and implementation, proposing mitigation strategies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a broad set of related products.
- Proficient technical knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle industry, including revenue cycle management, treasury, banking, and patient accounting/financial systems.
- Proficient technical knowledge of healthcare payments, integration methods, APIs, and related products, with exposure to the healthcare payments sales cycle.
- Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers to support the technical design of products or technology applications.
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to support shared goals.
- Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to adapt and contribute in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create Project Charters and Statements of Work.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills across various scenarios, seeking guidance when needed.
- Enthusiasm for learning new operating models, technologies, and staying informed about healthcare industry trends.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new operating models, technologies, and staying up to date with healthcare industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in understanding system integrations and how different technologies work together.
- Experience working at a gateway, processor, or integrated service vendor.
- Demonstrated success supporting sales teams and closing deals.
- History of working directly with enterprise clients or large-scale projects.
- Ability to align technology solutions with business strategy and long-term goals.
