Position Summary
We are seeking a currently seeking a Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Guidewire implementations & driving customization and optimization to meet client business needs. You'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring successful delivery of innovative insurance solutions.
Mandatory Skills
• Strong understanding of Insurance domain.
• Experience with Guidewire product suite (PC/BC/CC), especially ClaimCenter
• Excellent solution evaluation and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in creating functional specifications (user stories, process flows, use cases, data mappings).
• Exposure to Agile Scrum methodology.
• Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and API interactions within Guidewire suite.
• Ability to lead requirement workshops.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Gather and analyze requirements, processes, and challenges to recommend effective solutions.
• Conduct workshops and document detailed requirements.
• Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter, including product models, rules, workflows, and user interfaces.
• Support system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers for successful delivery.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and requirement clarification.
Salary Range: >$100,000
